Rev. Terrance L. Culp is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Perfecting Love Charlotte, a Christ-centered community rooted in the conviction that we love because God loves us. Since its founding in 2017, Perfecting Love Charlotte has sought to create a space where people can encounter God, think deeply, worship freely, ask honest questions, grow in faith, and experience authentic Christian community.
Known for a preaching style that is charismatic, practical, prophetic, intellectually engaging, and often infused with humor, Rev. Culp has a passion for communicating Scripture in ways that speak directly to the realities of everyday life. His ministry is shaped by a deep appreciation for the Black Church tradition, a commitment to theological reflection, and a pastoral desire to help people experience the transforming love of God.
Beyond the pulpit, Rev. Culp is an accomplished leadership and learning professional, speaker, facilitator, and organizational development practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership and has spent years helping individuals and organizations develop stronger communication, leadership, and performance.
He is also a Master Certified Professional Speaker and a 2026 Who's Who in Black Charlotte honoree. His work across ministry, leadership, and public speaking reflects a consistent commitment to helping people discover their voice, embrace their purpose, and lead with authenticity.
Rev. Culp is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He shares life and ministry with his wife, Adrianne Jackson-Culp, and their family.
